Anxiety
We see anxiety now more than ever in our world- life was not meant to live free of anxiety but it also isn't meant to live in a constant state of overwhelment and stress. Anxiety sometimes shows up as racing thoughts, constant worry, restlessness, or even physical symptoms like difficulty sleeping or tightness in your chest. In therapy, I help clients understand the roots of their anxiety, differentiate between normal stress and anxious symptoms that may be impairing, learn practical coping skills, and develop new relationship with anxiety. Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) is an approach I use to empower my clients to be able to bring them back down to reality and regain control over their thoughts.

College and Young Adults
The transition from high school into adulthood can feel overwhelming. If you’re nearing graduation and feeling uncertain about college or career decisions—or if you’re a young adult navigating the stressors of independence, relationships, or identity—I provide a safe and supportive space to process these challenges. Your 20s are full of important decisions, and together we can work to expand your perspective, clarify your goals, and strengthen your confidence. Whether it’s preparing for college, managing stress, or navigating life transitions, therapy can be a valuable space to heal, grow, and move forward with purpose.

Holistic Approach to Therapy
I believe that true healing involves more than just addressing symptoms—it’s about caring for the whole person. My approach to therapy is holistic, meaning I consider the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and environment. Together, we’ll look at how all areas of your life interact and influence your well-being. In sessions, I draw from evidence-based practices while also encouraging mindfulness, healthy lifestyle habits, and using strengths you already carry. Therapy with a holistic lens gives space to explore both your mental and physical health- the mind and the body talk on a daily basis!

Christian Counseling
If you’d like to include your faith in the therapeutic process, I am able to integrate Christian principles alongside evidence-based therapy. This allows us to explore emotional, relational, and spiritual growth in a way that honors your beliefs and preferences. Incorporating faith is always your choice—it’s a tool we can use if it feels meaningful to you. While I am not a pastor, I provide support through the lens of both spirituality and therapy, helping you navigate challenges with guidance from therapeutic strategies and Biblical principles.
