THERAPY APPROACH
To put it simply, life is not always easy. Sometimes, our thoughts can feel like facts, hardships can suddenly appear, or our past can overwhelm our view of our future. If you find yourself battling intrusive thoughts, feeling defeated, struggling with acceptance, or having a hard time meeting your goals, therapy can provide a healthy outlet to work through whatever you are facing. This safe space is designed to help you regain a sense of control and empowerment in your life. Your strengths, past experiences, interests, feelings, and thoughts will shape the direction of our work together.

I have a passion for working with people in all seasons of life. I work with adolescents, adults, families, individuals, couples and young adults struggling with a variety of life’s challenges such as; anxiety, depression, life adjustments, self harm, trauma, coping skills and relationship issues.

I see the therapeutic relationship as a privilege, where I get to walk alongside others and listen to their authentic, unfiltered stories. My goal is not to change who my clients are or push them toward perfection. Instead, my therapeutic approach is to help them feel and live better than when they first came in.
