INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes the last thing we want to hear is, “It will work out” or “You’ll be fine.” Therapy offers added support during both difficult and growing seasons by creating a space where real emotions can be expressed and felt without filter.

At times, this process may feel uncomfortable—whether its current life circumstances, past experiences or uncomfortable raw emotions—but it can also be the first step toward healing. My goal for each client is that by the end of every session, you feel at least a little lighter, even if it’s just an ounce better, because feeling better can add up to significant change over time.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. In therapy, you set the direction, and I walk alongside you, supporting you in reaching your goals toward feeling and living better. What I offer you in therapy is a space to do this, practical tools to assist you in your goals, and guidance on how to live each day a little bit better.
